Be a better swimmer!

Swimming is the best thing to do in summers and globally popular too. People get relief from the heat of the sun by swimming and it also helps you to get in shape.
You can be an improved swimmer by the tips and techniques we’re going to tell you but don’t forget to buy swimming costumes before you go to swim.
Importance of swimming suit:
Swimming costumes are important, they protect your body. Choose the one that fits you and after checking properly, buy it. There are different swimming costumes available in the market so you can choose easily. And you are now ready to go.
Oppress your fears and stay relaxed!
The first step is to overcome your fear of drowning in water and maintain your breathing pattern in water. You have to practice a lot to breathe properly in water. Psychology plays a very important part in swimming. You don’t have to be scared of swimming in water. Just relax and focus only on moving your body forward.
Perfect body position:
Your body position should be proper. You should try to make a straight path from the back of your head across the neck to down the spine area to the hips. Before going into the water, stand upright, straight and tall, you’ll notice that your neck is associated or attached with your spine. Be in that position and take this posture in water.
When you’re swimming, don’t let your arms cross the centerline of your body.
Push the water with your hands and while doing that, draw your elbows up from water.
Kicks:
Don’t rise up your chin and look straight at the bottom of the swimming pool to be at the perfect position. Now try to keep a continuous and strong kick. Just ease your knees and point the toes. Imagine that you’re slapping your feet on the water, and you’ll do it.
Rotate your body but don’t try to over-rotate. If the bottom of the swimming pool is 0 degrees and it’s side is making a 90 degrees angle, your upper body should make 45 degrees angle while rotation.
 Breathing patterns:
Breathing patterns are important. Try breathing less or more frequently. Different swimmers have different breathing patterns. To balance your stroke, many swimmers suggest, try bi-lateral breathing.  Breathing to only one side wastes all the energy, so try to find balanced breath and maintain it.
Tip: Inhale oxygen on every third stroke, you will get plenty of oxygen by doing that.

Timing is important too!

Importance of timing Zachte en mooie bikini om te zwemmen cannot be denied. Good timing helps you with the things a lot. For example, it helps swimmers to preserve the perfect position. Good timing also increases the distance you discover per stroke.

Get hold on water. This term means your hand should go from the front of the stroke to the back in a gentle and slow to fast movement.
Your kick should be flexible.
